Abstrak

The unidentified correlate of motivation and discipline factors with employee’s work performance in an organization is the problem faced. The objective of the research is to find out the correlation variables of motivation and discipline factors to employee’s work performance in an organization police. The method of the research consists of: deciding 30 sample respondents, employing analysis approach, discussing, and drawing conclusion. The results of the research shows: (1) there is a high correlation between motivations to employee’s work performance with correlations value 0.868 and critical ratio value 9.24 greater than t0.05(28) = 1.701 with determination coefficients value 75.34%. (2) there is a high correlation between discipline to employee’s work performance with correlations value 0.734 and critical ratio value 5.71 greater than  t0.05(28) = 1.701 with determination coefficients value 53.87%.
