HUBUNGAN PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN DI BLITZMEGAPLEX BEKASI CYBER PARK
Abstract
Compensation given by the company to attract employees' work for the company and encourage or motivate employees to work well. Work motivation of employees is one factor that can support the achievement of corporate goals. Compensation is a tool or a means to motivate employees to perform better. The purpose of this study is to measure whether compensation has an impact on employee motivation. Compensation can be divided into two types: direct compensation and indirect compensation. The method used is quantitative method. By way of distributing questionnaires to employees Blitzmegaplex by 30 respondents. Using data analysis using a nonparametric technique. From the results of data processing can be concluded that the direct compensation does not affect the work motivation, while compensation is not directly influence the motivation to work is because employees are more motivated in terms of achievement of the target.
